I view therapy as a collaborative medium to identify direction, and encourage the cultivation of insight through compassionate participation. I provide organization and clarification of the abstract, while addressing concerns in order to develop accessible strategies, provide critical thinking, and to ensure compassionate objectivity. Our dialogue will emphasize understanding to incorporate the subsistence of motivation and the awareness of your current narrative.
I believe there is an eloquence that evolves from an individual’s collaboration that can lead towards greater meaning and intention through dialogue. The narrative that evolves can be seen as an expression of one’s inner world as well as the struggles encountered within the context of everyday life. In this way, dialogue and connection can be used to clarify realizations and bring advancement of lasting change.
